Working Retention Bonus
Overview:
Oakmont is a proud beneficiary of the Worker Retention Payment program, which provides a 15% wage increase for ECEC workers over two years. Payments are backdated to 2 December 2024, with the first payments beginning in January 2025.
Eligibility:
- Workers covered under the Children’s Services Award 2010 or Educational Services (Teachers) Award 2020.
- Employed by approved providers who opt into the program
- Providers must meet grant application criteria, including a workplace instrument and fee cap agreement.
